i lost my card and i tell viabuy by email they froze my card and we will send another card in 24 hours by mail still waiting for card and they are not replying my email now they rip me 540€ what should i do

They are a bad company and have no service only a robot email.
I have trouble too i can't get the level 2 so i can only spend 900 dollar
For a card i paid 90 euro in misleding adverticement on facebook
facebook should bann this company en investigate how many people have trouble with this fake company
Mastercard company should do something this affects matercard too
