Card was never delivered, they haven't offered any solution since november. They claim that after they have sent the card their responsibility is done and they can claim the money since it is not their responsibility that the customer actually gets the card. It was also my responsibility to proof that I have paid for it which was easily shown on a paycheck, they claimed not to be able to find the payment for months and now that I am escalating the case they suddenly could find it after I had to present proof that it has been paid months ago under protest. They admit that customer service hasn't treated me right and yet no offer is made to make it up to me in the past months even though they have known for months that I haven't received anything. The CSSF may look into it. Please, think twice and never deal with these thieves! Consider yourself warned!
